Coordinator

Enhance your event with the aid of an on-the-day coordinator, available to assist you and your service providers for a seamless experience. This service is billed separately.

Decor Details

Our decor ethos is to keep things simple yet stunning. We utilize seasonal flowers, fruit tree blossoms, and fresh vegetables from our gardens to create beautiful, natural table settings. This approach ensures there is ample space on the tables for sharing our country-style dishes.

  • Under 20 Guests:  R4,000.00
  • Under 50 Guests:  R5,000.00

Catering Fee

R450.00 - R750.00 per guest, providing a delightful culinary experience tailored to your preferences.

Terms & Conditions

Payments

A 50% deposit of the total package is required within 24 hours of confirming the booking.

Final payment must be made 14 days prior to the event via direct deposit or EFT.

Corkage and Service Fees
- Wine: R30 per bottle
- Sparkling Wine: R50 per bottle
- 10% service fee on 'tabbed' bars

Venue Policies

  • Venue is available from 7 am to midnight. Overtime is charged at R1,000 per hour.
  • Music must cease at midnight; décor cleared by 10 am the following day.
  • No credit card facilities; cash bar only.
  • The client is responsible for any damages or breakages.
  • PicardiPlace is not liable for loss or injury on the premises.
  • Special dietary needs must be communicated 14 days in advance.
  • Strict Halaal and Kosher meals are not available.

Cancellation Policy

  • Deposits are non-refundable unless the date is resold.
  • A cancellation fee of 25% applies if the date is resold.

General

  • No payments to third parties.
  • All quotes and invoices must be signed by the person responsible for the bill.
  • Prices are subject to change without notice.
