Half-Day Conferences:

  • Rate: R450.00 per person (Minimum of 6 people)
  • Duration: 4 hours, plus time for lunch

    Includes:
  • Same as full-day minus the afternoon break

Half-Day Conference (Excluding Lunch):

  • Rate: R280.00 per person (Minimum of 6 people)
  • Duration: 4 hours or less

    Includes:
  • On Arrival: Coffee and tea with a homemade specialty
  • Refreshment Break: Coffee and tea with one savory or sweet canapé


Accommodations and Activities:

  • Onsite accommodation is available for attendees.
  • Enhance team cohesion with our team-building options.
  • Engage in interactive Pasta Cooking Courses.
  • Arrange for additional events tailored to your group's needs.

Conference Fees:

Full-Day Conferences:

  • Rate: R750.00 per person (Minimum of 6 people)
  • Duration: 8 hours

    Includes:

  • On Arrival: Coffee and tea with a homemade specialty
  • Mid-Morning: Refreshment break with coffee and tea
  • Lunch: Served in the Veggie Garden or in the Barn, includes juice (other beverages excluded)
  • Afternoon: Coffee and tea with a slice of homemade Carrot Cake

Terms & Conditions

Payments

A 50% deposit of the total package is required within 24 hours of confirming the booking.

Final payment must be made 14 days prior to the event via direct deposit or EFT.

Corkage and Service Fees
- Wine: R30 per bottle
- Sparkling Wine: R50 per bottle
- 10% service fee on 'tabbed' bars

Venue Policies

  • Venue is available from 7 am to midnight. Overtime is charged at R1,000 per hour.
  • Music must cease at midnight; décor cleared by 10 am the following day.
  • No credit card facilities; cash bar only.
  • The client is responsible for any damages or breakages.
  • PicardiPlace is not liable for loss or injury on the premises.
  • Special dietary needs must be communicated 14 days in advance.
  • Strict Halaal and Kosher meals are not available.

Cancellation Policy

  • Deposits are non-refundable unless the date is resold.
  • A cancellation fee of 25% applies if the date is resold.

General

  • No payments to third parties.
  • All quotes and invoices must be signed by the person responsible for the bill.
  • Prices are subject to change without notice.
